RENTAL CONDITIONS
Rental day is based on number of nights the vehicle is used. Each night constitutes as a rental day. Rental charges for travel trailers are $149.00 for a Pilgrim 27PRB and $159.00 for a Pilgrim 29PBHSE, with a minimum of 3 nights rental. RV pick-up time is between 8:30AM and 12:00PM. RV drop-off time is between 8:30AM and 12:00PM. Returns after 12:00PM will be subject to $200.00, plus additional fees. No refunds will be made for early returns or late pick-ups. There are NO Saturday, Sunday, or holiday pickups or drop-offs.
A mandatory starter kit is also charged before departure. For $190.00, this includes exterior and interior cleaning, hoses, connectors, adaptors, a 1 hour orientation on how to use the travel trailer, weight distribution hitch, ball, sway bars, and connection of the travel trailer to the towing vehicle.
When the rental unit is returned, if it has not been cleaned, an extra fee of $95.00 will be charged to the renter. If holding tanks have not been emptied then a $65.00 dump charge will also be charged to the renter.
TRAILER RENTAL CONDITIONS
Customer’s tow vehicle must be equipped with an operational trailer brake control, a class III receiver hitch, and a 7-way plug. Class III hitches are a square tube receiver type hitches that are frame mounted under the bumper. A ball mounted on the rear bumper is not acceptable. Our trailers utilize a weight distributing hitch system. As such, we will provide the hitch ball and ball mount, as well as providing complete hands on training of hooking up the trailer to your towing vehicle.
All tow vehicles must be in good running condition and equipped with tires to carry the extra weight. You are responsible for determining the towing capacity of your tow vehicle. The tow vehicle’s engine, transmission, suspension, steering, front end alignment, tire rating, and tire condition, if not properly maintained, may affect your vehicle’s ability to tow the trailer. Consult your vehicle owner’s manual or your vehicle manufacturer to determine your vehicle’s tow ratings and capacities. We will not hook up to a vehicle that exceeds the manufacturer’s tow ratings and capacities.
All travel trailers have electric brakes. As such, it is required that your towing vehicle have a brake controller installed. Loveall RVs does sell and install brake controllers that can be installed at time of departure.
DEPOSITS
The reservation deposit is $250.00 This deposit is payable at the time the reservation is made with Loveall RVs Rentals. This is refundable if Loveall RVs is notified of cancellations 15 days prior to the date of departure. If cancellations are made less than 15 days from the date of departure, the $250.00 reservation deposit will be forfeited. The damage deposit of $250.00 will be purchased at time of departure. It is only refundable when the unit is returned with the holding tanks emptied, the interior cleaned in the same way it was received, and once an RV technician in our shop inspects the unit for damages. If there is no damage, deposits will be refunded within five working days. No refunds are given at the time the unit is returned.
DELIVERY FEE
Delivery of a travel trailer can be arranged within a 100 mile radius of Loveall RVs. The renter must have already signed paperwork, made payment, and be given a show-how beforehand at Loveall RVs. Fees will be $1.50 per loaded mile as well as $10 an hour for driver to deliver and pickup. Arrangements have to be made at the campsite prior to the delivery of travel trailer.
TOW VEHICLE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
You must have current liability coverage on your tow vehicle. At departure, a copy of your towing vehicle insurance card will be made. The Renter’s name must match the name on the insurance card.
RENTAL INSURANCE
The renter must supply an Insurance Binder from his/her own auto insurance company stating that liability will extend back to the non-owned travel trailer being rented. (Loveall RVs/MBA Insurance will cover physical damage.)
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Qualified drivers of 25 years of age or older must possess a valid and identifiable driver’s license. All drivers must be listed on and sign the rental agreements and will be bound by Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement of vehicle pickup.
PASSENGER RESTRICTION
While being towed, passengers may not occupy a Loveall RV travel trailer.
GENERATORS
There are NO generators on the travel trailers.
DRY CAMPING
If you choose to camp where there is no 110V available and the batteries go dead etc, Loveall RVs will not be held responsible for spoiled food, being cold, etc.
PETS
Sorry, but we do NOT allow pets in our rental units. SMOKING Sorry, but we do NOT allow smoking in our rental units.
MEXICO
Sorry, but we do NOT allow travel into Mexico in our rental units.
Like It - Buy It Program
When you rent any motor home or travel trailer, your rental charge (up to $1500.00 within 1 year from your rental end date, excluding damages and tax) will be subtracted from your purchase price or may be used as a down payment toward the purchase of a unit.
